SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be shipped via USPS, Ground UPS or Ground Fedex. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. You will be notified if we are unable to ship your order, or if your items are on backorder. If shipping to multiple locations, each location will be charged. For overnight shipping contact customer service for information.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: Prior to ordering, customers must contact our Customer Service to receive the exact rate for an international delivery.


RETURN POLICY

For Retail Customers: Return item to retail store or contact us at (757)288-1555 within 7 days of receipt of the shipment for exchange or store credit for any other merchandises.

For Wholesaler: Contact us at (757)288-1555 within 7 days of receipt of the shipment to issue a return authorization. Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. Items returned to us in new condition (not worn, washed, customized or altered) will receive a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable for returns or exchanges. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
